HYDRAULIC FRACTURING – OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY

Summary:
• Specific duties require driving equipment, rig up, rig down, equipment operation and maintenance of same equipment as directed by supervisory staff.
• Adheres to all well service health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Attaches pumps, hoses, assembles equipment, and/ or monitors control panels affecting pumping operations.
• Performs routine maintenance on all assigned service equipment.
• Drives equipment to and from locations as required once all company and federal regulations are satisfied.
• Maintains and submits timely daily driver log reports equipment/truck reports as well as Individual Vehicle Driver’s Record, and on occasion timesheets for out-of-town travel.
• Be technically competent, operationally efficient and experienced in the service delivery process.
• Operate and properly maintain all assigned equipment.
• Carry out duties in a manner that is mindful of the environment and the communities while providing the customer with flawless service quality and service free of incidents.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Schedule:
• 2 weeks on, 1 week off (14 days on, 7 days off rotational schedule).
• 24/7 operation, day, and night shift work.
• 12-hour shifts, up to 18 hours per day, up to 120 hours per week (time and a ½ after 40-hours of straight time).
• CDL-A Drivers: only 70-hours per DOT.

Compensation and Bonus:
• $20.00 – $35.00 per hour (DOE).
• 12-hour shifts, 18+/- hours per day, up to 120 hours per week (time and a ½ after 40-hours of straight time).
• Bonus provided monthly to each employee based on safety and performance.

Housing:
• Housing is provided, but only on 14-day hitch.
• Hotels are provided when Man Camps are not.
• Will flip/flop with employee day/night on housing in hotel.
• Free housing provided on 14-day hitch.
• All employees get their own room.

Per Diem/Meals:
• 3 Meals Provided in Man Camp.
• Per Diem provided.

Benefits:
• Full converge benefits (1st of the month after 30-days).

Orientation:
• Starts on a Monday.
• Hours: 8-12 hours per day for orientation and training.
• Hourly compensation provided in offer is what you will receive in orientation.
• Orientation covers HR, HSE/DOT, safety classes, PEC SafeLand, H2S, CPR & First Aid.
• During orientation and training every employee gets their own room in a hotel.
