We’re looking for an experienced low volt technician.
Regular duties will include:
- Cabling infrastructure (Cat6, Coax, Fiber)
- Audio installations
- Video installations (TVs, projectors, screens)
- Network room build-outs
- Surveillance system installation and servicing
- Access control system installation and servicing
Work is mainly along the front range (Boulder to Pueblo is our main coverage) but we do travel throughout the country for specific projects.
Reliable transportation is a must. Travel - even in town - is paid. Will be meeting other team members at central locations when working out of town to take company vehicles.
We work in residential, commercial and industrial locations.
Must be comfortable using most tools at a construction site: hand tools, ladders, etc. Lift experience a plus.
Must be able to pass a government background check.
Pay based on experience, starting at $20 per hour and going up from there. While we are looking for an experienced person in this field, we will be happy to train someone with the right attitude and who is comfortable on active construction sites.
Good work ethic and a positive attitude are an absolute must. You will be directly in contact with IT teams, General Contractors and customers.
For the time being, this is a contract (1099) — as needed position. We are expecting this to become an employee position in the near future. Hours can range from a day or two per week, to six 10 hour days in a row, depending on project load.
We have found in the past this seems to be the best fit with someone that has a side gig to supplement slower times.
Please make sure there’s a good number in your reply, have had some replies come through relay we have been unable to respond to.
