We install residential, new construction, and commercial seamless gutter systems throughout Colorado Springs and the surrounding area, keeping our crews busy with a steady mix of projects.
This role is a great opportunity for someone with exterior construction experience who wants to learn the gutter trade and grow with the company.
Rainwater Solutions Inc. is seeking a Gutter Installer to assist our crews with installing seamless gutter systems on homes and commercial buildings throughout the Colorado Springs area.
Experience with gutters, roofing, siding, fascia, soffit, or other exterior construction trades is highly preferred. Applicants comfortable working on ladders and roofs will be the best fit for this position.
This position requires reliable transportation, the ability to work safely on ladders and roofs daily, and showing up on time ready to work.
Compensation for this position is primarily piece-rate based, allowing productive installers to earn significantly more than traditional hourly positions. We maintain steady projects and keep our crews working consistently.
Reliable installers who work efficiently can earn strong weekly income under our production pay structure.
We are looking for installers who take pride in clean work and want steady projects with a company that keeps crews busy.
Primary Duties
• Assist with installation of 5" and 6" seamless gutter systems
• Fabricate and install downspouts
• Help fabricate and install hand-cut miters
• Ensure proper pitch and drainage on gutter runs
• Maintain jobsite safety and organization
• Work alongside crew members to complete installs efficiently
Qualifications
• Construction or exterior trade experience preferred
• Experience working on ladders and roofs
• Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools
• Ability to lift and carry materials up to 60 lbs
• Valid driver’s license
Compensation
This position uses a production-based piece-rate pay structure, meaning earnings increase based on completed work.
Experienced installers who work efficiently can earn strong weekly income depending on production.
This position offers the opportunity to learn the trade and grow into a Crew Lead role for installers who demonstrate skill and reliability.
