H&M Transmission and Automotive is looking for all EXPERIENCED automotive technician and mechanic positions to join our fast pace team:
• Lube Technicians $ 20-25/hour
• A & B Mechanic $30-45/hour
• R&R Mechanic - 4 Transmissions a week minimum $40-55/hour
• Diagnostic Technician
• Heavy Line Mechanic $30-45/hour
• Light Duty Diesel Mechanic $30-45/hour
• Diesel Emission Inspector (Must pass State Diesel Opacity Inspections Test) $ 20-25/hour

Duties:
• Perform oil changes and routine preventative maintenance on vehicles.
• Diagnostic and trouble-shooting of vehicles along with performing ultimate repair of vehicles
• Ability to R&R Engines and Transmissions
• Knowledge of diesel and gas engines.
• Repairs to include (but not limited to): radiators, brakes, differentials, u-joints, valve body, catalytic converters, tune-ups, wiring and more
• Knowledge of all makes and models of cars, light duty- medium duty trucks, foreign, domestic, gas, diesel and late models to classics.
• Light Duty Diesel Mechanics - Knowledge of diesel (Duramax, Powerstroke, Cummins) engines
• Welding and fabrication a plus
• Efficiently documenting repairs needed with the service adviser. Customer Complaint, Cause & Correction.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications.

Requirements:
• MUST HAVE recent automotive repair shop; 2 - 5+ years of experience, depending on position
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Dependable
• ASE certification preferred not required
• Have own tools
• Strong work ethic
• Team player
