Selling a used Rigid 246 in place soil pipe cutter

This Model 246 soil pipe cutter cuts 1-1/2" to 6" clay, cast-iron clay pipe or cement pipe, and 4" Class 22 water main. The ratchet-action handle parallel to pipe allows for application in minimum width trenches. The cutter comes complete with hand guard to protect the operator's knuckles when cutting.
