These old-school MacBook Airs still hold up great 11 years later. I know how to take care of these particular models, and this 11-inch model (MacBook Air 7,1, model A1465) is my absolute favorite. Apple simply doesn’t make laptops this size anymore, but in my opinion it’s the perfect size for those who seek a small footprint.

Great machine for light use, streaming, second computer, grandma computer, gift for a younger computer user, etc. 2025 Operating System installed, so you’ll have all the newest security updates. Can retrograde to OS 12.7.6 Monterey on request if you don’t like Sequoia, but most do. 91% battery life, no fan issues. And the cool glowing Apple on the back, of course.
