Hello, I am a soon to be 30 yo male looking to move to Colorado Springs Co, or near the mountains in the next year or two. depending on availability and rent. I am looking for a female roommate, who's young and clean and doesn't mind pets cats or dogs and is good with responsibility. I currently just have a cat. I am not a creep or anything else like that, I have a clean or at least a decent rent history. where I currently live, I have overpaid rent last year and am basically living rent free for at least over a year now. I do live in a subsidized apartments (Section 8) and am trying to live without subsidized housing, but am willing to stay in subsidized apartments if need be. I am currently and actively trying to get my legal stuff situated (trying to beat the system) nothing bad or criminal or anything like that. just trying to prepare for having to have a roommate.
