Greetings 🌻🍄😊 I am a single woman in my 40s and have a 5 lb Yorkie who is fixed, potty trained, and friendly. I am searching for a new place to live for 6 months, maybe longer if it is a good fit. I am hoping to keep my expenses low by trading light cooking and cleaning for the reduction of or in place of rent. I am clean and quiet and keep to myself. I have two grown sons that are on their own, so it's just me and the pup. I enjoy being social, but I am kind of an introvert and value my alone time. I enjoy the outdoors, love learning new things, and spend a fair amount of time studying. I have enjoyed spending time learning about things like trust law, history, metaphysical, quantum mechanics/physics, finance, taxes, law, homeopathic remedies, gardening, self-sufficient living, etc. I have a professional background in consulting and renewable energy. I work from home and spend the majority of my time in my space on my laptop. I'm quiet, clean, mindful, respectful, and kind. If you are looking for someone to help you around the house, cook, clean, errands, etc, and you are interested in this, please reach out. Pet peves are inconsiderate people, dirty environments, and mainstream news is like nails on a chalkboard to me, I'm not into politics, two wings same bird if you ask me, and I rarely watch TV. I do enjoy a good movie or series on occasion. But normally, I prefer a podcast or spending time learning something new.
