Primary Locion: Fountain, CO (some sites are not accessible by public transportion due to locion and/or shift)

Wage: $17.00/HR

Schedule: S & Sun: 8AM - 10PM

Wh You Can Expect:

• Report alarms in accordance with client requirements, and monitor cameras.
• Greet vendors, customers, residents, client employee’s, client, and aid as needed.
• Conduct internal prol and/or external mobile prol when needed to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, security violions, blocked ingress and egress, mechanical problems, unauthorized persons, inspects grounds using approprie equipment and protective gear. 
• Monitor entrance/exits and provide guidance to site visitors, and/or vendors.   
• Complete daily activity (DAR), incident reports and logs via Securitas and client systems.
• Provide an mosphere in which all truck drivers, client employees, site visitors, client, and Management know their needs are being met. 
• Present a good image to client, public, and Management. 
• Operes in a calm manner and directs persons who cause disruption to leave property.
• Protects evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigions; sets up barriers and signage, and provides direction or informion to others. 
• Observes and reports incidents or suspicious activity to client, Company Management, or public safety authorities as approprie for the circumstances and/or as required by the site.
• Acts to ensure th all property removal is conducted within approprie policy requirements and in accord with client standards.
• Carries out specific tasks and duties of similar nure and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older. 

• High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.

   

• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus. 

   

• Must be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situions. 
• Must have gre tention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift. 
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use approprie escalion.
• All candides must be willing to participe in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigion. 
• Approprie I9 Identificions.
• Willingness to travel 25-30 miles to and from work. 
• Understands the nure of customer service and interactions with the public.
• Must have Day or Swing shift availability.
• Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalion skills a plus. 
• Must be able to interact with and greet truck drivers, client employees, or client in a positive manner, while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Intermedie computer/technology skills needed to ensure completion of daily activity reports, and logs via handheld devices, logistics forms and ability to report alarms via telephone.
• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal communicion skills to assist truck drivers, public, client, Site Supervisors, and Office Management.
• Must be open to communicion and feedback from client, Site Supervisor and Office Management. 
• Must be able to adhere to 15 minute, and lunch breaks.
• Must be able to work in a team environment to ensure site/organizional goals are achieved daily.
• Must be able to learn and adhere to security operions.
• Must provide high quality customer service in-person, via radio, and over the telephone.
• Must have reliable transportion to and from work, not accessible by public transportion due to shift.
• Must be able to obtain Colorado Springs Guard Card license and maintain it every year. 
• Must be able to tend in-person interview, and in-person oriention in Colorado Springs if hired.
