Job Overview
Flair Data Systems is seeking a Service Desk Support Representative to assist in supporting Flair's ongoing engineering and technical support endeavors in Colorado Springs as well as the surrounding Southern Colorado area. This job will include assisting in service ticket creation, escalation, management and closures, performing initial incident troubleshooting for network equipment and VoIP (no desktops nor servers), liaising between customer and Flair staff, and communicating and following up on service incidents. Candidates must have the ability to work from home as well as eventually have the ability to provide onsite support to Southern Colorado.

Required Skills / Tasks
CompTIA A+ certification required, CompTIA Network+ certification desired.
Excellent customer service and documentation skills.
Assist in service ticket creation, escalation, management and closures.
Research technical solutions and make recommendations.
Engineering post-sales support - break/fix for customers.
Relate well to others and provide top notch customer service.
Continuing growth and development in the troubleshooting/incident triage area.
Be available for emergency engineering services (to include remote or onsite troubleshooting, event resolution, communication) as is necessary.
Follow Flair Data Systems corporate NOC SLA's.
Monitor ticket queue and resolve network issues.
Be available for support calls during business hours.

Compensation:
o $35,000 to 45,000 Depending on Experience
o Annual Bonuses as available.
