We are seeking a Network Engineer to support our Missile Warning / Missile Track Enhancement (MW/MT) program. This role plays a key part in protecting the U.S. through missile defense initiives and includes model‑based systems engineering, network design, implemention, testing, and deployment to operional locions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement network architectures aligned with system and mission requirements.

• Cree and maintain network diagrams, technical documention, and standard opering procedures.

• Develop, deploy, and sustain network infrastructure supporting missile defense systems.

• Lead troubleshooting efforts and root‑cause analysis for complex network issues.

• Communice proposed network solutions to cross‑functional engineering teams in a fast‑paced, highly technical environment.

• Execute change control processes, document configurion changes, and maintain configurion backups.

• Support network security activities, including firewall rule reviews and traffic log analysis.

• Perform configurion, performance analysis, and troubleshooting of network devices.

• Develop software‑based solutions using established industry standards.

• Collabore with third‑party contractors and stakeholders to establish and maintain network connections.

• Conduct network planning and evalue emerging technologies for potential integrion.

Basic Qualificions

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informion Technology, or reled discipline with 8+ years of relevant experience (additional experience, training, or certificions may substitute for degree).

• U.S. citizenship; Currently possessing an active DoD Secret security clearance.

• Experience designing high‑performance, high‑reliability network infrastructures.

• Experience with network design technical documention including: Network diagrams, IP Addressing, Da Flows, Security, Network Inventory, Capacity planning, etc.

• Strong understanding of networking protocols and concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, and VPNs.

• Experience with networking tools for containerized environments.

• Ability to work independently and collaborively within engineering teams.

• Ability to convey technical ideas in a clear, logical fashion.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Familiarity with network design tools and diagramming practices.

Preferred Qualificions

• Master’s degree in a reled field.

• Proven abilities with network automion/orchestrion tools such as Ansible.

• Experience with Cisco devices and ASA software.

• Cisco CCNP or other advanced networking certificions.

• Experience with CAMEO or other model‑based systems engineering tools.
