We overhauled this adorable vintage little camper so all the hard fixes are out of the way and all that's left is for you to personalize it with your own style!

We originally bought it for us to use but then our plans evolved - since we had already done most of the ground work we decided to just prep it for someone else to do the fun stuff!

Clean title in hand ready to transfer - length 16' weight 2,940
Brand: Campfire
Model: 1900
Date: apx 1960-s1970's

We replaced interior siding, insulation, part of the frame & sub floor, flooring, primer & paint, sealed the roof & windows, new window frames, and cushion covers. We also hired a licensed contractor to make a few other patches & repairs based on his inspection and professional recommendations. Finally we had a certified auto shop pack the bearings - so it is ready to go!

Electrical
All internal electrical has been cut/disconnected. We were planning on just using rechargeable LED lights and a portable power bank. It does have a spot for propane tanks or a generator in the front and there's a place in the siding you can run connections into the camper. There is a small solar light installed above the dining room table with remote control.

Plumbing
It has a 100 gal water tank, pump, and water heater but they are not connected or tested. There is a "bathroom" with as sink and shower if you'd like to hook up the plumbing again. It also has a holding tank underneath you could reconnect but it would probably be best to replace it at some point if you're going to use it a lot.
