It's 5 minutes from Downtown, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Red Rocks Park, Garden of the Gods, Bear Creek, Stratton Open Spaces, The Broadmoor, and The Incline.

There are a couple of roommates already.

$750. Month to Month Lease. First Month + Security Deposit to move in. Monthly bills are additional - Split between roommates each month.
