$1,000 / 1br - Nice House Near Downtown (Gold Hill Mesa)

Hi All,

Renting out three furnished rooms in a 5br 4ba house starting in July. Dates are flexible, looking for the right fit of a few good people - I haven't had roommates in years, but I am leaving my corporate job to open a small business.
An ideal candidate would be someone who has a full time job or is a full time student, clean and tidy, non smoker, non drug user, respectful of shared spaces and boundaries, has a mindfulness and self care practice, and reads.

I'm a mid 30's professional and moved to the springs three years ago. I enjoy biking, running, hiking, fitness, breweries - pretty standard colorado fare.

I'm looking for roommates on a month-to-month basis for probably six months to a year while I launch the business, probably not longer than that. I'm thinking active military moving out of the B's could be a good fit (I'm ex mil), or students, or someone moving to town and looking for something temporary while you find a long term place.
The house is in excellent condition. It's about a mile from downtown in the Gold Hill Mesa neighborhood. Two rooms are upstairs and adjoining and are offered for $1,000 and $900. The third room is in the basement with a private bathroom for $1,200.

Rooms are fully furnished with Queen size beds, high quality washer/dryer, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need from meal prep to gourmet. The house has a cardio cinema in the basement and a community gym that you will have access to.
