I'm a single 25 year old man, now seeking for a roommate to join me on the balance of my lease (approximately 8 months). It is a 900-square-foot home with three bedrooms, one bathroom, a private backyard, and a washing and dryer. The entire rent and utilities works out to roughly $1500 a month, but I'm more than prepared to compromise on how that is shared. My medium-sized dog is amiable and gets along with people—perhaps a bit too well. I like to keep to myself, but if you want to engage and hang around, I don't mind. All you would need is a bed and whatever else you would like in your room because my previous roommate and I have already furnished the rest of the house. Photos of the room and residence available upon request. Just to be clear, I am NOT the homeowner, you'd have to sign with/get vetted by my landlord if you're interested.
