WANTED: House for rent (or, Rent with the option to buy) for 1 person, in a safe, rural location, with private fenced yard (large dogs ok), near Larkspur, CO with ALL TILE flooring (ceramic tile, porcelain tile, concrete, etc.) In-floor radiant heating and RV parking for newer 16 ft travel trailer preferred but, not a deal breaker.
