Looking for standalone shop spaces with garage bays. Think standalone gas/mechanic stations, general workshops, that sort of thing. Looking to expand a furnishings and logistics side of our business and would need about 800-1200 sqft, with an easy way to load stuff inand out, and some kind of office space for a desk and at least a toilet and sink. Willing to bring an old property back to life if there is power, water, and good bones.
We're a small business, a group of young adults, who are doing our best to scale quickly so are trying to keep this option budget conscience. We can reasonably do about $700/month, maybe a bit more if the space fits just right.
