Housing Wanted – Responsible Family Seeking Rural Home
Hello,
We are a responsible family of five looking for a long-term rental in a rural or wooded setting. Ideally we are hoping to find a 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom home with some land where we can establish a small micro-homestead (garden, possibly a few chickens if permitted).
A little about us:
• Husband is a disabled U.S. veteran who homeschools our children and manages the household.
• Wife is a local teacher with stable employment in the community
• Three well-behaved children who spend most of their time learning, reading, and enjoying the outdoors
• We value quiet living, nature, and taking care of the property we live on
We take pride in maintaining a home and would treat your property with the same respect we would our own. Our goal is to settle somewhere peaceful where we can build a small garden, raise our children close to nature, and stay long-term.
What we’re hoping for:
• 4 bed / 3 bath preferred
• Rural, wooded, or country setting
• Some outdoor space
• Open to modest homes, farmhouses, or properties slightly outside town
• Willing to discuss reasonable terms for chickens or small homestead activities
We can provide proof of income and need to move before end of may.
