This may come off as mean and straightforward but I am successful in my own and do not NEED a job, but I am interested and actively looking for that perfect fit. I am a very skilled carpenter with about 15 years of experience. I am skilled in all phases of trim carpentry, cabinetry, custom built ins, flooring, decks, doors, windows, furniture, and more. I am insured and have hundreds of pictures of my work. I’ve worked on high end homes all over the country. What I’m looking for: a job where I can come to work, do my work, and go home. If I’m running a crew I am fine with that too. I also have every tool imaginable and I’m more than willing to use them. Here’s what I’m not interested in: Running someone else’s business, being micromanaged, low pay with no benefits (high pay and no benefits is fine), having to adhere to requirements that do not pertain to the job. If you’re a “pizza party” kind of company I’m not interested. If you’re a business that says you give raises and bonuses but your employees say they’ve never gotten a raise or a bonus, I will leave on day one so do not contact me.
