I am a Structural Engineer specializing in residential and low- to mid-rise commercial building design, with hands-on experience delivering structural solutions from early concept through construction. In residential design, I work extensively with wood-frame structures, designing foundations, floor and roof systems, shear walls, moment frames, and lateral-force resisting systems that meet seismic and wind requirements. My work also involves coordinating closely with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and building officials to resolve design conflicts, respond to plan-check comments, and support construction through RFIs, site visits, and field verification.
