Assist Lead Installer with quality solar PV installations in the following areas: roof penetrations, assembling, racking, panel attachment, grounding, home runs, wire combiner box, and performing voltage testing
Read plans, make calculations, and layout components by measuring distances, snapping/pulling lines
Cut, bolt, screw, weld, and attach solar components and structures
Use drills, reciprocal saw, chop saw, level, square, tape measure, ladders, sled hammer, etc.
Work with wood, steel, concrete, and aluminum
Wiring connects the panels to the inverter, which transforms direct current into alternating current. The inverter then connects to the electrical grid and home electrical system.
