This report can’t be any older than 30 days, and must provide the same information that a normal background report provides. i.e. criminal, credit, eviction history etc. It does not mean that the tenant can just provide a copy of their credit bureau report. If it doesn’t provide all this information it WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
