Assistant Property Manager – Full-Time
We are seeking a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager with strong numerical and systems aptitude. This role supports the daily operations of multiple apartment communities and requires the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while managing a wide range of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
New & Prospective Tenants
• Manage and update online marketing content
• Schedule and conduct property tours
• Research and monitor competing properties
• Follow up with all prospects promptly
• Assist applicants through the application and screening process
• Provide new residents with building information and support a smooth move in experience
• Deliver excellent customer service at every step
Current Residents
• Assist residents in understanding their ledgers and account activity
• Clarify lease terms and support consistent enforcement
• Serve as liaison between residents and maintenance staff
• Make system updates to tenant ledgers/statements and communicate professionally
• Maintain a high level of problem solving and communication
Maintenance Coordination
• Build positive relationships with vendors
• Maintain a working knowledge of common property repairs and maintenance needs
• Help troubleshoot maintenance requests before dispatching vendors
• Clearly communicate issues to vendors to obtain accurate bids
• Track proposals, award work, and ensure correct documentation is received
Marketing & Property Improvements
• Support the Owner with marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Suggest and help execute value add projects

Requirements
• 2+ years of property management experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong multitasking ability
• Patience and professionalism when handling sensitive or escalated resident situations
• Highly organized with strong computer skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to stay productive during slower periods
• Dependable, polished, and consistent in communication and follow through
