From the first call it took 2 of them having a conversation to determine what day and time they were coming to give me an estimate for plumbing. Then when they showed up and looked at the scope of the job we asked them if they could daylight the supply and drain with PVC so it would be easier for us to come off it and they said all they use is Pex and then I asked him when I could expect the estimate in writing and he told me that if I didn't have it today meaning that day that I would definitely have it the following day. So that deadline was yesterday according to him and now it's Sunday and I still don't have it. I was asking for an estimate on some very basic things however after speaking with them this morning they told me that the estimator needed to talk to someone else about it. So once again 2 people to do 1 basic estimate. So I asked him why would you tell me I'll have it the same day if not the following day and you not do what you said? Also asked him if he can't schedule or prepare estimate alone and on time how can I trust you to complete project on time and budget.
