Our multiple offices are designed with flexibility in mind and you can scale up or down as your business needs change. We have full-time private offices, part-time private offices and full-time dedicated desks in a co-working space.
All offices include your company name on the front entrance directory and office door or private desk. Rent includes all building expenses, parking, use of the kitchen and conference room.
Multiple office options available now include:
1) Virtual office: Mail service and company name added to the office directory. $79
2) Part-time shared office. Also NEMT office. $149
3) Part-time office that can be reserved for private use for up to10 hours per week $250.
4) Full-time, private office with a huge window looking at Pikes Peak. $495.
5) Meeting area with desks and chairs for group meetings up to 25 people: $99 per day
6) Conference room for smaller private meetings up to 10 people: $99 a day.
7) Car storage on a paved parking lot: $69 per month
