* Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner. Perform follow up calls and emails. Greet customers.
* Basic computer skills required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and or Quick Books is a plus.
* Light bookkeeping.
* Some HR duties.
* Work with owners in providing typing, note taking, business chores and filing of information and jobs.
* Organizational skills.
* Positive attitude.
* Effectively communicate information to owners and co-workers.
* Be able to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task.
* Knowledge of construction business a plus.
