OfficeScapes-Colorado Springs is currently hiring a full-time account coordinator to join our team.

Salary: $18/hr and onward with experience

The person in this position is responsible for supporting the account manager’s efforts by completing quotes and orders, entering vendor acknowledgements, managing the arrival dates of vendor products, and other support functions.

This person also helps with other administrative functions as needed.

Responsibilities:
Process customer quotes
Process customer orders
Review Internal Status Reports on a weekly basis
Work with manufacturers to meet customer deadlines
Process requests for Contract pricing
Process mock-up orders
Assist sales department as required
Back up phone coverage as required
Understand and follow OfficeScapes policies and procedures
Maintain individual and company files
Attendance of departmental meetings
Must have good interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with the sales staff, vendors, and other member of the team
Must have a high level of attention to detail

Experience:
One to three years of administrative experience preferred
College degree preferred but not necessary
Basic mathematical skills
