SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
To provide administrative support to the agency’s fund development efforts, including, but not limited to timely completion of donation processing, donor stewardship, correspondence, database maintenance, grant reporting, invoicing, special projects, and involvement in fundraising campaigns, events and other duties as assigned.
º High School graduate
º College graduate or experience in donor administration required
º Office skills
º Database experience
º Computer proficient (MS Office)
º Grants management skills desirable
º Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
º Strong attention to details.
º Ability to understand and support big picture.
º Computer proficiency and excellent writing skills.
º Ability to identify and implement innovative processes.
