Three Amigos Plumbing is looking for a reliable and motivated Dispatcher to join our team. We are searching for someone who has strong communication skills, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building relationships with customers and team members.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and schedule plumbing service appointments
Dispatch technicians to service calls efficiently
Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and updates
Coordinate with plumbers throughout the day to ensure smooth scheduling
Maintain organized records and job information
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication
Willing to rotate on call
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Experience with dispatching or office work is preferred
Plumbing knowledge is a bonus
Bilingual is a bonus
