Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (40 hours per week)

Seeking dependable General Laborers to support operations at Midway Landfill in Fountain, Colorado. This is a hands-on outdoor position performing a variety of general labor tasks in a landfill environment.
Responsibilities
Lift, move, and transport materials
Load and unload vehicles and equipment
Assist with digging and refilling holes
Perform grounds maintenance, including mowing and trimming
Operate equipment as directed
Assist team members with daily operational tasks
Follow all company safety procedures
Complete additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Steel toe boots
High school diploma or GED preferred
0–4 years of experience required
Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday
Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 30 pounds
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Work Environment
Outdoor landfill environment
Exposure to dirt, dust, odors, noise, and weather conditions
Physical work involving standing, walking, lifting, and manual labor
