compensation:Compensation from $20-$25 per hour to start, based on experience and capabilities, with opportunity for pay growth and bonus based on work performance and dependability. Paid weekly.
We are seeking someone reliable with good work habits, reliable transportation, and with experience, or a desire to work and/or gain experience, in the carpentry, woodworking, and home repair industry.
Must be physically able to perform the work, move and transport heavy materials, ladders, and tools on the worksite, follow instructions and be willing to work both on inside and outside projects for our customers. Work may require work on ladders and scaffold on two story projects. Candidate must be both safety and quality conscious and be pleasant and courteous around peers and customers.
It is a plus to have experience in the following areas:
1. Paint prep, painting, and clean-up.
2. Use of power tools such as drills, drivers, saws, sanders, power washers, measurement tools, etc.
3. Construction and framing work on a residential worksite in general.
4. In general show capabilities and aptitude to work independently on tasks at the jobsite once process is described or trained.
