Our builder account business is strong and we’re adding to our team!
Position will involve various new home construction clean activities, including but not limited to:
>Vacuuming (carpets, vents, etc.)
>Sweeping (floors, basements, garages)
>Dusting/Washing/Polishing
>Tub/Shower/Toilet cleaning
>Jobsite Trash Removal
>Occasional lifting/moving of materials up to 35lbs.
>Travel to various jobsites
>Other duties as needed
Pay Rate:
>Pay starts at $13/hr.
>Bi-monthly paycheck
Interested applicant will need:
>Reliable transportation with valid DL & insurance
>Mobile (Smart) phone w/internet access
>No criminal background/Pass drug test
>Proper identity and work authorization documents
>Strong/Flexible work ethic - Must be dependable, honest, detailed oriented, on-time
Company will provide:
>Flexible work schedule with core days/hours being M-F, 8am-5pm (Varies)
>Cleaning products & equipment needed to fulfill daily job requirements.
>Company work shirt and necessary safety equipment
Prior cleaning/construction experience preferred. Flexibility, an eye for detail and a strong “team” attitude are just as important to us.
