I bought a grain truck that had a 12' Daybrook 44DL dump bed on it. It functioned but the deck of the bed was twisted from someone dropping something really heavy on the back. I scrapped the deck.
Heres what's left
Chassis- 115"x 33 3/4"
PTO unit- Chelsea A2HNW
PTO drive shaft, pivots and brackets
The chassis is made from 3/8" 3 1/2" angle, the gussets are 3/8" and the ram mounts on the reservoir are 1/2" steel. This thing is beefy, the pistons on the rams are 2 1/4" dia.
I'm guessing the whole thing weighs around 1500lbs.
Perfect if you want to build your own 6-8 ton dump truck.
