Jane of all trades ... I do cleaning/change linens/dishes/laundry/cooking/meal planning/shopping/errands ... deep cleaning: move in cleanings/move out cleanings/air bnb cleanings/reorganizing/decluttering ... snow removal for driveways/sidewalks, de-icing, etc ...
- 1br/1ba ... monthly, biweekly, weekly: $100
- 2br/up to 2ba ... monthly, biweekly, weekly: $150
- 3br plus ... Must see to give quote.
- Garage organizing, reorganizing by room ... Must see to give quote.
- Hoarding situation ... Must see to give quote. (might be extra fees for protective gear, extra trash receptacles/haul off)
- snow shoveling, sprinkle de-icer ... $40 per hour
- cooking/meal planning, shopping, errands ... $25 per hour (weekly/biweekly).
* I bring basic cleaning supplies, but will use your broom/mop/vacuum.
** dishes/laundry, move ins/move outs/serious messes/pet messes/extra kiddo messes ... are all things I can do, but they are considered outside of basic cleaning conditions. Just be aware, deep cleaning costs extra.
*** I quote a set fee per visit, prior to doing anything. You will never be expected to pay more than that agreed upon fee.
