Firewood - come split on the half (Peyton co 80831)

We have a hydraulic wood splitter and lots of wood. Most wood is pine, age from 7 years - 3 months. Lots of options for how dry you are looking for. Some is cut to length and some you would need a chainsaw to cut.
The wood is free, we do not sell firewood, please don't ask! We allow people to come split wood on the half, you use our splitter, and our wood take home half of what you split, leave half for us. We do not need you to stack it, just drop half of what you split in a pile for us and load the rest on your trailer or truck. This is a barter, we are not helping split.

Works best if 2-3 people come, someone splits, someone loads and someone brings wood to the splitter. Some wood needs to be cut with a chainsaw- details of that will be worked out with my husband.
We do not allow children on the property. We have had issues with this in the past. Kids must stay home, not in the vehicle, home. I'm not a babysitter and this is not a place for kids. Older teens may help but may not venture around to play.
We do have a release of liability waiver for being on the property.
We ask that if you commit to a time and day with us you keep that time and day. We are busy and work this in, if you can't keep it let us know asap so we can move along to someone else.
Can you take the wood you split and sell it? Yes! I don't care if you sell your wood, or use it yourself. Don't feel bad if you want to sell your share it's fine with us!
This is physically hard. Please understand that this is done outside, on uneven ground and requires physical ability.
