I am selling my 99’ 4H Sundowner Sierra. If you're looking for a good, solid trailer, this one is it and in really good condition. Unfortunately, since my Granddaughter has graduated and has moved on, I no longer have a need for this trailer. Trailer roof was redone this last October, has a roof top hay rack, ramp, four new tires the first of August, two spare tires, on board solar, on-board generator, runs on gas or electric, manual awning. The mid tack area has a good-sized clothes closet with storage atop of it, a walk thru to the horse area that has mangers, new horse water tank, new load lights, new black water tank and piping. The LQ’s area has an ample amount of cabinets for storage, new insulation and ceiling panels, new flooring, queen size bunk in nose, bunk beds, dinette, sofa, microwave, oven, stove top, lg refrigerator which runs on gas or electric, furnace, A/C - all of which work great. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, linen cabinets with plenty of storage and a medicine cabinet. Since it is no longer being used I hate to see it just sitting, so any reasonable offers considered. (I am also open to possible trade of a 2-3H with full LQ's) Trailer is 43-1/2’ long. Clear title in hand. (and yes it needs washing of which I haven't had time to do)
