Used to be my daughter's bed. Now in guest room, barely used, and wanting to do something different in the Guest Room. Used, loved, but I'd say still in Excellent condition! Will be cleaned up Before sale/pick up, too. There are guardrails for *both* sides of twin bed. The Mattresses/some bedding ARE INCLUDED & are INCLUDED in the Overall Price.
Customer pick up is HIGHLY preferred. It *does* come apart, to a degree. Would NEED a Truck or Trailer/U-Haul, and at *Least* 2-4 people to pickup/transport.
This would be an EXCELLENT kids room or guest room bed!
Price *is* semi-negotiable. But please, No super low-balling! This Is *SOLID WOOD* (which can be Harder to find nowadays), compared to "cheap" manufactured/particle board wood or metal - Again, BOTH the Twin & Full mattresses & some bedding ARE INCLUDED **in** Price, too. =)
