This 36.57 acres is located a few miles west of I25, about 35 minutes south of Pueblo and 20 minutes north of Walsenburg near Colorado City. Directions from Pueblo:
Go south on I25 to Lascar Road (exit 64). Go right (west) toward the mountains for 1.9 miles. Turn left (south) and go 0.4 miles to the old road going right (west). Turn right there and go 0.6 miles to the neighbor's driveway. Continue past there along the fence on the trail for a little less than 1/4 mile to the stake on the right side of the road wrapped with orange tape, which is the southeast corner of the property. Continue for a little less than 1/4 mile to the next stake at the southwest corner. The northern corners are about 1/4 mile north of those two next to the fence and also have stakes with orange tape.
