Locally owned, established casual fine dining restaurant, hiring new Chef and cooks.
Due to the pandemic, we closed in December. We are hiring Executive Chef and sous/cooks/pantry. Our goal is to reopen asap. This is a great opportunity for a chef to start fresh and bring trusted crew/employees with them.
Must have experience w/ creating menus, managing staff / schedule, labor and food cost..
Closed on Sundays/Mondays(possibly Tuesday’s) going forward. Will only offer lunch on the weekends, possibly shift to seasonal lunches(summer only), depending on opinions from new chef. Our dinner hours only run to 8pm. Which means, guaranteed 2+ days off in a row, w/ short work days/weeks. This is a chefs dream job!
Competitive pay based on experience. We make sure our loyal staff is happy.
