Seeking reliable kitchen staff with a good work ethic that are eager to learn and execute exceptional pub cuisine. AM/ PM shifts needed for Grill, Saute, and Garde Manger. A minimum of two years experience desired as well as some extent of culinary training. Hiring a dishwasher as well, experience required. Staff will need to be focused and have a drive to do exceptional food at a high volume. Successful applicant will need to be capable of working in an intense and demanding kitchen environment.
