Here is your chance to work at a family-owned pizza shop with great pay and a wealth of growth and opportunity! We are hiring hourly workers, hourly shift leads. salaried shift leads, and a GM to help us grow. We currently have three locations in North Colorado Springs, Black Forest, and Monument. Covid has not slowed us down as we look to keep expanding.
We are only looking for dedicated, hard workings, passionate people who take pride in serving the best pizza in Colorado while providing top-notch Guest service.
- includes delivery, phones, taking orders, working in the kitchen, and cleaning
- must be available evenings and weekends
- full or part-time is available
- must have a clean drivers license, valid registration and insurance, and a reliable vehicle
Hourly workers make $12.32 PLUS TIPS AFTER TRAINING. Our crew averages $18 an hour +++
Shift Leads - all the requirements above PLUS
- this is a full-time position
- must have a minimum of 6 months of current or recent experience working in a pizza kitchen
- must demonstrate leadership qualities, have a voice, and a sense of urgency
Hourly Shift Leads start at $14.00 PLUS TIPS AFTER TRAINING. Hourly shift leads average $850+ a week for a 38-40 hour week.
Salaried Shift Leads start at $600 a week salary PLUS TIPS AFTER TRAINING, PLUS 50% EMPLOYER PAID EMPLOYEE HEALTH BENEFITS, PLUS ONE WEEK PAID VACATION YEAR ONE. Salaried shift leads average $900+ a week for a 44 hour work week.
General Manager - all the above requirements PLUS
- 2 years minimum as a salaried hands on manager in a high volume pizza environment
- experience writing schedules, doing orders and inventory, and cash handling
General Managers start at 42.5K a year salary PLUS TIPS, PLUS 50% EMPLOYER PAID EMPLOYEE HEALTH BENEFITS, PLUS ONE WEEK PAID VACATION YEAR ONE, PLUS REVENUE SHARING. ALL IN YEAR ONE COMPENSATION 60K-65K.
