Latin Social is looking for Professional Servers that have experience with high volume. Seasoned Servers who have fine dining experience, appreciate the Art of Service, can comprehend and understand the nuances of flavors, who have exceptional guest service skills and a guest centric mentality.
This is a full time position, 5 days with Fri and Sat being a must (ie non negotiable) A minimum of 3 years full-service sit down fine dining restaurant experience. The position does require 2 weeks of paid training and passing of a Food, Wine and Cocktail exam. Must have lived in CO for at least 6 months. Latin Social does have a Tip Pool.
Expectations include:
-Appreciation of the Dining experience (ie. Your eat out to see what other restaurants are doing and getting ideas for your own personal growth)
-Current resident of Colorado; having lived in CO for 6+months
-3+ year’s Fine Dining Serving experience
-Ability to handle volume
-Base knowledge of wine, spirits, and food
-Wine Knowledge (preferred)
-Ability to work as a cohesive team
-Only 1 Industry Job
-Quick learner and ability to adapt as our dynamic menu is constantly changing
-Ability to take feedback from your peers and Management
-Understands and works with a sense of urgency
-Respect and appreciation for your teammates and BOH
-Ability to upsell Menu items and beverages
