Work Schedule: 6am-7pm Monday through Friday (no weekends)
WORK FROM HOME
The majority of our calls come to us from our dental members. Most
calls are confirming dental eligibility & membership, quoting group
benefits or checking on dental claim status. As far as the position is
concerned, this is very much a call center environment where you are tied to
your desk/phone your entire 8 hour shift. Depending on the day, we can have back
to back calls so very fast paced.
•During the 6 weeks of training & nesting, the temps' schedules will
be that of the trainer & will be 7:00am -3:30pm MST.
•One year prior experience is a must!
•Attendance is 100% critical
•High School Diploma or equivalent
