Family owned company with multiple short term rental homes (AirBnB / VRBO style nightly rentals) in Colorado Springs, Colorado is seeking an assistant with customer and client support experience to help co-host & property manage the homes. Ideal candidate will be based in Colorado Springs (or surrounding), though majority of the work can be done remotely.
Responsibilities include responding to reservation inquiries from online advertising platforms, providing prospective guests with supporting property details, confirming reservations and obtaining rental details, and coordinating processes with onsite cleaning and repair team members. Someone with exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and ability to establish process documentation is required.
We expect responses to be provided to guests within a reasonable timeframe (i.e. minutes to hours, taking into account a reasonable overnight period). 90% of communication is via email, text or online platform with 10% potentially over the phone. Typical workload is 5-10 hours/week, with potential for additional virtual assistant work depending on availability and skillset.
