The Green Bay Packers home field opened 67 years ago in 1957 as City Stadium, replacing the original City Stadium at East High School. Informally known as New City Stadium for its first eight seasons, it was renamed in August 1965 in memory of Packers founder, player, and long-time head coach, Curly Lambeau, who had died two months earlier.

This sale is for one jar of Green Bay Packer Paydirt. Own a part of Lambeau Field and Green Bay Packer History. After the 1996 Championship game, the field at Lambeau was replaced. The soil, including the heating coils, was dug up and the NFL authorized the packaging of the soil for sale under the name Green Bay Packers Paydirt.

This is the heart and soil of Lambeau Field - home of the legendary Green Bay Packers. This soil first laid down in 1957 has been the foundation that saw the Packers bring home six NFL Titles - in games from those before the 1967 Ice Bowl to the 1996 NFC Championship Game. Legendary Packer players and coaches have battled, stomped and paced on the ground in this jar.

The Certificate of Authenticity is printed on the jar. It is certified as authentic by Todd Edelbeck who was the official Field Supervisor at Lambeau Field in 1996. There is only a limited number of jars available in the world, so get your piece of history now. It is a great gift for any diehard Green Bay Packer fan. From a smoke-free home. CASH ONLY.
