I'm building a bike and looking for some parts & tools locally. Im on a bit of a budget, and ideally I would like to do some trades for parts (I have lots of really cool stuff I can barter) or I have some cash saved up worst case.

Good quality set of mechanics bike T-Post hex wrenches
Good quality 26in MTB Wheelset with quality hubs & rims, 100/135mm hub width, 30mm rim width, with a Shimano HG Spine for an 11 speed cassette.
Surly Troll Fork
Good quality new 44mm threadless bike headset
Shimano Cues 11 Speed U8000 drivetrain
Redshift or similar shock absorbing stem (1 1/8", ~80-100mm)
Crank Brothers Stamp Aluminum Platform Pedals
