This lot of more than 200 books was purchased from Tattered Cover bookstore in Colorado Springs when they were closing the store. 90% of the books are new, have never been opened and many are still shrink wrapped. 9% are like new with some small issues, and 2 or 3 books appear 'used'.
There are paperbacks, hardbacks, and coffee table books focusing primarily on the Pikes Peak Region, some fiction but mostly non-fiction. The books cover local history, things to do in the region, photography books and a handful of kids books.
These books are perfect for a bookstore or a retail store that caters to tourists in our city and region.
