There is one catch to this, you have to be a local in old Colorado and we have to start at least one brew together so you know what you’re doing.
So obviously this is a long term investment and would take months and at the end you can keep half the brew and the equipment.

I only want it close so I can monitor first brew, but you could buy it out from under me for 50$
