Based at KFLY. Essentially 2nd owner. Always hangared but did get some small hail dents while at the shop.
Fresh annual, 1000hr gear inspection, bungees, turbos, exhausts, mags, electronic ignitions, battery, fuel pumps, Teflon hoses, engine mounts, tubes and tires, prop spinner backing plates, antennas, updated ADSB in/out transponder with diversity, 406 ELT, and Blue Tooth audio panel. Good paint, windows and custom leather interior. Loaded panel and many mods like small front tire, nose light, one piece windshield, gap seals, copper battery cables, etc.
Engines: 1750 SMOH by Lycoming in 1994 with good compressions, borescopes, and SOAPS. Props: 400 SMOH in 2014.
Over $100k spent in the last two years.
Burns 11gph at 160kts true or 21gph at 200kts with turbos. 120gal fuel and 1100lbs useful load.
