No longer works, but the fixture appears to be original and I did not want to slap some new stuff in. I did in fact use this for a few years, but that was at least 20 years ago. I think it is bronze and has very intricate details. I also believe it to be over 100 years old since Hinks and sons went out of business around 1910.
